Fig. 1 Start Fig. 2 Step Back Fig. 3 Step Forward, Drop Elbows

  1. Fig. 1 shows the start with an Uke on each wrist pulling out.
  2. In Fig. 2 Nage steps back with shoulders and arms relaxed pulling the two Ukes in towards each other.
  3. Fig. 3 shows Nage step forwards dropping both of Nage's elbows to twist the two Uke's wrists.

    Fig. 4 Forward and Down Fig. 5 Finish

  4. Fig. 4 shows Nage take a large step forward projecting the two Ukes down.
  5. Fig. 5 shows the two Ukes rolling away.
